Exploring the website

The starting guide and payment calculator use the values you enter in your current browser session. They do not submit an application or send those answers to Redwood. This website has no document-upload or credit-report function and no added advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process connection and request information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Contacting Redwood

The consultation composer prepares a message using your selected topic, timing, optional name and optional starting guide. If you arrive through a recognized Redwood campaign link, the draft also identifies the campaign. Only a predefined campaign label is used; other URL parameters are not copied into the email. Those inputs remain in page memory and are passed to your chosen email application only when you open the draft. Call and email links open the phone or email application on your device. A message is sent only when you send it. Your communications are handled through the services you choose and Redwood’s business communication systems. Do not send Social Security numbers, identification, bank statements, tax records, or other financial documents by ordinary email. Use the secure ARIVE borrower portal linked from this website.

Guidance and external services

The prepared answer guide does not connect to generative AI. Optional read-aloud uses your browser or device speech service; its processing depends on your device settings. External links open services with their own privacy practices. Application links open Redwood’s ARIVE-hosted borrower portal on my1003app.com. Applications, documents, account registration, and consents are handled there under that service’s notices; this website does not receive or store those submissions.
